Short Socks

Here they are! My first pair of socks completed! They are ankle sized socks being that it's summer and I want to wear them. They fit great and are super comfy. I can see why folks love hand knit socks.

Hooked on Socks!

Well it's official. I'm hooked on socks. I pulled out another ball of sock yarn I had because I wanted to try a different sized needle. The grey pair of socks I'm making on size 1 needles, but they seemed a bit big to me. This pink pair I've started on 0's and they feel much better already. I will be sticking with 0's from now on.

Sock Number Two

Sock number two started and working up a lot faster than the first.

Here it is! One down and one to go. And it fits! Now that I've done one I am no longer afraid of working on the second half of the pair. I'm especially motivated and want to start wearing them.
