Mesh bags

Here is a picture of one of my new mesh bags. So cute and fun to hang around with trinkets in them. I'm going to throw one in my purse to collect things together. Maybe it will help my ginormous mom bag stay organized.

No pics

It's been a busy week, I have yet to take pictures of my projects. The bath scrubby I am making is almost complete, but I am taking a tiny break from it. Little Bit and I crocheted bookmarks which are super cute. I am currently working on a mesh pouch. It looks like its going to be beautiful. I will take it knit night and show it off. Pictures will go up soon.

Olivia is already sporting her new knitted socks this morning. They are a gift from a very special knitting friend!!! She decided her pink crocks are the perfect shoe to show them off.

Happy wine bottle

My wine cozie is done. Another happy bottle will make it to my shelf. Even after giving away so many of my wine cozies there are still plenty for me. More pictures to follow later. I am a bit obsessed with wine cozies. They are right up there behind my dishrags.

Spa sets

I plan on making up a few spa sets. A small sachet with lavender. A larger sachet with a special bar of natural soap inside. Complete with a washcloth. Fabulous!

Christmas in July

Olivia and I are starting on Christmas projects so we can have a head start. These cute little guys are sachets that will be stuffed with lavender.

Beach Bag

My beach bag is nearing completion. The yarn a blend of merino and flax, was a gift from my kiddos last mother's day. All I need to do is add a bottom and block it.

I'm off the hook

I'm happy to report Connor changed his mind and doesn't want the afghan anymore. He wanted what we had turned into a scarf for Monkey. Yay! No more crocheting with polyester for me.

For the little man

Well Little Man has requested a mini afghan for his toys too. I've been recruited to crochet it for him. I have to secretly admit I can't stand the yarn. Over the years I have become a yarn snob and am barely making it through working with this polyester. Yuck!! I miss our CA knitting shop. So much beautiful yarn. I guess I could give the local lady another chance. I miss fondling and buying expensive yarns.

Still at it

Little Bit is working hard on her afghan. She's already talking about how many more she's going to make. Keep up the good work!

Dolly's Turn

Well Little Bit's dolly decided it was her turn to work on the blanket. This blanket will be done before we know it.

Dolly Afghan

Little Bit is having a lot of fun today crocheting an afghan for her dolly. She says she's hooked on crocheting today!
